Credit Card Fees and How To Avoid Them

Credit card companies make money by charging you fees. It's one of the ways they stay in business. You, however, seldom benefit by paying the creditor more money than what you charged. So why do it?

There are far too many things you can do with your money besides send it to a credit card company. You can build an emergency fund or pay off your existing credit card debt. You can invest it or put it toward your child's college fund. You get the point. Avoid credit card fees and use your money toward something more rewarding.
