Don't you hate it when you purchase an item and then it goes on sale a few days later? Some stores offer price adjustments and will refund or credit the difference in price. Citi now offers a similar benefit on select credit cards and purchases made on those cards (business cards excluded).
Citi Price Rewind tracks purchases for 30 days, but only tracks for online prices for items you register. If, in that period, the price of the item is at least $25 lower than what you paid, you can submit a request for a refund. There's a $250 limit per item and $1,000 limit per year. To be eligible for the refund, the lower-priced item be the exact same item by the same manufacturer. Make sure you save your receipts because you'll need them when you submit your claim.
Some items aren't eligible for Price Rewind coverage. That includes items purchased with Thank You points, gift cards, or store credit. Certain items are not eligible including, but not limited to, consumable and perishable goods, jewelry, antiques, and airline tickets. Read the details of the Price Rewind Program to see which items are covered.
