If you thought credit card companies had some tricks up their sleeve before the new credit card rules went into effect, wait until you find out what they're up to now. They're charging late fees on payments not received over the weekend,  assessing currency conversion fees on purchases made with U.S. dollars, and charging the penalty APR even after six months of timely payments.
