Businesses in the credit industry aren't known for their consumer-friendly methods. Consumers have mountains of complaints against the banks, bureaus, and collection agencies that exist in the credit world. Just check out Ripoff Report and you'll find thousands of consumers airing their negative experiences. What else can you do when a credit business violates your rights? Complain some more, but to the proper authorities.
