MSNBC: The Worst Credit Cards In America

What makes a credit card? Fees, interest rates, grace periods, credit limits. Those are just a few of the things that can a make credit card attractive or unattractive. A recent article from MSNBC presents some of the worst credit cards in the country. What do all the worst cards have in common? High fees and interest rates, short grace periods, and low credit limits. These "bad" credit cards also tend to target consumers who've had trouble with credit in the past and are looking for a new start. Talk about preying on the vulnerable.
