I worked at a collection agency once. Yes, I was part of the dark side. The agency opened at 7am and calls starting going out soon after. Needless to say, quite a few people were unhappy about being awakened with a phone call from a debt collector. "Are you allowed to call this early in the morning?" some asked. The answer was "Yes."
