Credit - Why You Should Learn First and Use Later

Wednesday February 21, 2007
The worst time to start learning about credit is after you've already started using it. Remember the saying "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?" This couldn't be truer when it comes to credit. Without fully knowing what credit is and how it works, it’s easy to make mistakes – mistakes that could end up costing you a lot.

Take some time and read through this introduction to credit to become familiar with how credit works. Don't worry; if you've already started using credit, it's not too late to start learning how to use it the right way. Because when it comes to credit, it's better to learn about it late, than to never learn about it at all.
